- Goods are guaranteed to be free from major defects on delivery.
- If you are unhappy with the goods when they are delivered, you can reject them within 28 days.
- Refunds will be made for the goods only - not for the delivery charge.
- Once goods have been unwrapped, we may not be able to take them back
- All goods remain the property of the Creation Resources Trust until paid for in full
